Shabbos Video
This video was written and produced specifically for Jewish inmates in the federal, state, and local prison systems. It provides an overview of the laws of Shabbos (Shabbat) and how it is observed. Of course, nothing substitutes the learning of the laws and discussing it with a Rabbi!
