Shaindy Schtroks

Program Director, Shifra Program

Shaindy Schtroks serves as the Program Director of the Shifra Program at the Aleph Institute. She has a genuine passion for helping others and supporting mothers as they navigate the joys and challenges of everyday life.

Shaindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Sciences and brings six years of experience as a preschool teacher. Her background in education and child development helps her connect with mothers and children and create meaningful programs that strengthen families and build a supportive community.

Having recently moved to Pittsburgh, Shaindy is excited to help build a warm and welcoming network where mothers can connect, grow, and support one another through motherhood and life. Outside of her work with Shifra, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and enjoying nature.
