Stress Free
Aleph Institute is offering a 12 week program to help individuals increase their KNOWLEDGE AND USE of behaviors that promote a high quality of mental and physical health.
Dr. Bruce Rabin, Medical Director of the UPMC Healthy Lifestyle Program, and Fabiana Chesitwer, MS, will facilitate the program. The program will be especially helpful to veterans of combat and their families. This stress coping program, which was developed by Dr. Rabin, is designed to help persons understand the mental and physical effects of stress and provide them the skills to minimize these effects. This program teaches skills to increase the ability to be calm, think clearly, reduce the likelihood of depression and rage reactions, and improve overall health.
Beginning Tuesday March 3rd, the program will meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 PM (in addition to the Wednesday evening meetings).
The program meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM at Aleph Institute, 5804 Beacon St. Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Please call, (412) 421-0111, to reserve a place.
